Order Processing Time
Order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. During new arrivals, promotional periods, holidays, archive events, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Origin
All online orders are fulfilled and shipped from Shanghai, China, unless otherwise stated.
As an international e-commerce brand, your order may be transferred between different logistics providers during transit. The shipping label or tracking updates may show a local carrier once the package reaches your destination country or region.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping for online orders.
We work with reliable logistics partners and local carriers to deliver your package safely. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or alternative shipping methods.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 10–15 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, international shipping conditions, courier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination and order amount.
For Taiwan orders:
- Free standard shipping on orders over NT$9,100
- A flat shipping fee of NT$230 applies to orders of NT$9,100 or below
For orders outside Taiwan:
- Free standard shipping on orders over US$300
- A flat shipping fee of US$21 applies to orders of US$300 or below
For orders shipped outside Taiwan, import duties and taxes are prepaid by SLO, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs

This means that you should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may still apply and may affect delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local import procedures, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
In rare cases, local authorities or carriers may request additional information from the recipient for customs clearance. Customers are responsible for providing any required information in a timely manner to complete the delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent. Tracking updates may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country or region.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Unclaimed Orders
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, returned due to failure to provide required customs information, or otherwise returned to us through no fault of SLO, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any related costs incurred during the return process.
Any applicable costs may be deducted from an eligible refund, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at slofashion212@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier or logistics provider where possible.
Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered grounds for automatic refund or cancellation.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item(s), so we can review the issue and assist you further.
Shipping Restrictions
Some countries or regions may have import restrictions, customs regulations, or delivery limitations that affect certain products or shipments.
Customers are responsible for checking local customs rules, import restrictions, and delivery requirements before placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided destination.
