The SLO Wardrobe Program is designed to recognize your journey with SLO, with three membership tiers that evolve as your wardrobe grows. Your eligible purchases throughout each calendar year determine your membership tier, unlocking selected benefits, early access and experiences along the way.

Membership & Tier Qualification

How Your Tier Is Determined

Your membership tier is determined by your eligible spend within the current calendar year, from January 1 through December 31.

Once your eligible spend reaches the threshold for a new tier, the new membership tier takes effect immediately.

Membership Validity

Once a membership tier takes effect, the tier and its applicable benefits remain valid for 12 months from the effective date.

Membership qualification is evaluated based on eligible spend within each calendar year, rather than on a rolling 12-month spending period.

Program Notes

Shopping Credit
All Shopping Credit amounts displayed under the SLO Wardrobe Program are denominated in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). For purchases made in another currency, the applicable value may be converted according to the currency and exchange rate applied by the SLO online store.

Eligible Spend
Membership qualification and tier evaluation are based on eligible purchases associated with the same SLO member account. Shipping fees, duties, taxes and other additional charges are not included in eligible spend.

Returns & Cancellations
Returned, refunded or cancelled purchases do not count toward eligible spend. If the corresponding purchase has already been included in your accumulated spend, the amount may be deducted accordingly.

Shopping Credit Usage
Shopping Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Its validity period and applicable conditions are subject to the information displayed in your member account.

Shopping Credit, membership benefits and other promotional offers may be subject to separate terms and may not always be used together.

Membership Benefits
Membership status and benefits are personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person. Selected membership benefits may be subject to availability, eligibility and other applicable conditions.

Program Updates
SLO reserves the right to modify membership tier requirements, benefits, Shopping Credit rules and other terms of the SLO Wardrobe Program when necessary. Material updates will be reflected on this page or communicated through the appropriate SLO channels.
