We hope you love your SLO pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, damage, or signs of wear
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

We do not offer free returns.

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return destinations may vary depending on your order and location. For eligible U.S. and Taiwan orders, local return options may be available. Please contact us before sending your return, and we will provide the correct return address.

Please do not return items to the address shown on the original shipping label, as it may not be our designated return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slofashion212@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review the situation and work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Archive sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional gifts or free items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, scented, stained, damaged, or no longer in resalable condition

Archive sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

To avoid delays, please provide your return tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The package was lost or damaged during transit

For orders shipped outside Taiwan, import duties and taxes are prepaid by SLO, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note that any shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or related charges incurred due to a refused package, incorrect address, failed delivery, unclaimed order, or failure to provide required customs information may be deducted from any eligible refund, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
